The family tree
Chris is on the left; the tree opens out to the right, one generation at a time. Click a person to see who they were. Click again, inside that panel, to see every fact traced back to the record it came from. Use + and – on a card to open or close that person's parents.
You are on a narrow screen. A six-generation pedigree cannot be made legible on a phone, so this has opened on Households & siblings, which reads properly here. The pedigree is still there — switch to it and drag to pan around.
The pedigree shows ancestors only, so brothers and sisters cannot appear on it — and every person on it is already on the direct line. Switch to Households & siblings to see whole families; the two crimson buttons filter that view down to the line itself.
Every couple in the tree with all of their recorded children. The child marked in crimson is the one who continues the line down to Chris.
